The G-PAD Forum aims to promote knowledge that facilitate partnership on trade and investment, sustainable development and cultural cooperation between African civil society and private sector leaders and their counterparts from other regions of the world.

A week-long training program aimed at bringing together 15 - 30 emerging leaders to develop skills for combating challenges inhibiting development in Africa and African Diaspora.

This initiative showcases some of Africa’s top social entrepreneurs and pioneers in diverse fields, who are creating prototype solutions across both tech and non-tech divides to help Africa solve its critical challenges around digitization, fashion industry, cleantech and climate change, education, etc., and will leverage new technologies to create innovative solutions that have a significant impact on the society or the environment.

Lead Africa’s mentoring programme that provides opportunities for young people to interact and learn from successful Africans and people of African descent from around the world.

The program focuses on addressing human right issues in the spirit of recognition, justice and development for people of African descent. The program advocates against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance. It aims to complement the efforts of the United Nations and the international community in restoring the rights and dignity of people of African descent.

An outreach program aimed at educating young populations across Africa about the dangers of illegal migration and sensitization on vulnerability to trafficking in persons. This program aims to carry out occasional outreach activities in rural areas of Africa to educate young people using official statistics and facts obtained from relevant development agencies as well as independent research conducted by Lead Africa.
